Interim Report - June 2008

We are pleased to presents our unaudited interim accounts for the six months ended 30 June 2008.

The Company is currently seeking a second round of funding to expand its operations with the
development and acquisition of up to an additional 25 pubs throughout Greater China within the next
two years.

The Greater China market remains strong and the Company has already identified and commenced
negotiations on a number of exciting opportunities. This combined with Chinese economic growth
forecasts for 2009 between 9%-9.5% by the Asian Development Bank and the World Economic Forum,
present an exciting future for China Pub Company plc.

The Company is confident of achieving its goals in the coming year. It is in a strong position with all its
assets and operating businesses unencumbered and it believes it has the management team and business
plan in place to advance the company to the next level.

CPC On Board As China Pub Company Yellow Sea Cup Sponsor

China Pub Company is delighted to announce the signing of a sponsorship agreement with The Yellow Sea Cup Tournament.

To be known as The China Pub Company Yellow Sea Cup, this hotly contested rugby tournament comprises four participating teams - Beijing Devils Rugby Club, Guangzhou Rugby Club, Seoul Survivors Rugby Club, and Shanghai Hairy Crabs. Rugby Club.

“We are delighted to be the sponsors of The China Pub Company Yellow Sea Cup,” stated China Pub Company HK Ltd Chief Executive Officer, Ian Thomson. “Rugby continues to grow in popularity the world over and teams participating in The China Pub Company Yellow Sea Cup have contributed a great deal to the growing popularity of this annual rugby tournament.”

The sponsorship agreement between Yellow Sea Cup Tournament and the China Pub Company covers the seasons 2008-2017.

It also enables newer Chinese teams to seriously consider being able to join anew The China Pub Company Yellow Sea Cup second division. Business Development Manager Appointed

Paul Buxton Appointed CPC Manager -  Business Development

China Pub Company HK Ltd. has announced the company’s latest senior appointment in line with the Group’s expansion across Greater China.

Paul Buxton has been appointed Manager – Business Development and will be responsible for overseeing CPC’s planned opening of outlets in both Macau and China.

A familiar face on the Hong Kong hospitality scene, Paul was previously Managing Director of Great Vision Limited and was the inspiration behind the opening of Hong Kong’s popular Bulldog’s Bar & Grill and Quarterdeck Seafood Restaurant & Grill outlets. Prior to that he held the position of Managing Director of Mad Dogs International, owners of Hong Kong’s Mad Dogs and Joe Bananas food and beverage outlets.

On the 8th April 2008China Pub Company plc (CPC) launched its anticipated expansion programme in Greater China with CPC management gathering in Shanghai to celebrate the opening of an American themed sports bar in the heart of the vibrant Pudong business and residential district.

The company’s world-famous registered Hong Kong icon, the Chinese junk, Duk Ling, routinely features sailing in Victoria harbour in movies, tourist brochures and advertisements.
