The Junk Pub
The Junk Pub is an east Asian nautical influenced bar with direct linage to sailing Junks and in particular the Duk Ling. The decor provides a rustic unpretentious atmosphere of an old sailing vessel. Polished wood and brass fittings feature heavily while the walls are smattered with yarns. By building a strong following the Junk Pub provides a third place for local residences to meet and discuss matters of the day. more…
The Bull and Bear
The Bull & Bear serves up traditional English hospitality, ale, sports and food in keeping with local English village pubs. Originally established in 1974, The Bull & Bear is a famous Hong Kong pub brand and the first authentic British Pub in Hong Kong. China Pub Company acquired the Bull & Bear brand in 2006, and has since opened its first Bull & Bear Pub in Wan Chai. Re-introducing the brand and experience back into the Hong Kong market. Each Bull and Bear outlet offers a wide selection of English ales with classics on tap and a large selection of new region wines. With full catering facilities a Bull and Bear serves traditional full English pub meals through out the day. more…
Kennedy’s Irish
Kennedy’s Irish is a brand and concept pub, being developed by China Pub Company. It will serve Irish stout, ales and food ranging from great breads to complement the stout, to Irish stews and Guinness pies. The interior features a bar counter beautifully carved in highly-polished wood and the walls paneled with rich, dark timbers, beveled mirrors and secluded “snugs” - eating nooks - adorned with stain glass. Malone’s American Café
Malone’s American Café provides a friendly casual dinning option for lunches, dinners and after-work drinks for the suit-and-tie crowd. As a North American style sports bar if offers ample space with a mixture of environments to suit many tastes. Each Malone’s outlet features lots of wood, long bars, pool tables, big TVs along with images adorning the walls of North American sports and music personalities. Menus are a la carte, with American style breakfast “just the way mom used to make it.” and a wide selection of Burgers for all.
The aim of Malone’s American Café is to bring North American style dinning and international standard service to China. So service is swift and friendly, the atmosphere cozy while being polished a the same time. more…
