China Pub Company Plc, (“The Company”)
Notification of Options
The Board of the Company announce that on the 26th April 2007, pursuant to their option agreement, Prime Capital Group Limited, exercised their option over 4,950,000 ordinary shares (the “Shares”) at a price of 1p per share and gross and net proceeds were £49,500.
Application has been to the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, LBG (“CISX”) for listing and permission to deal in the Shares. Dealings in the Shares are expected to commence on the date of admission of the Shares to the official list of the CISX which is expected to be 25 May 2007.
